Project Lifetime: Mom

My first LO for a digital version of my "Project Lifetime" Family Album. I decided to start with this beautiful photo of my Mom (as a child, I thought she looked just like Queen Elizabeth! I believe the photo was taken around 1954). I will add some journalling and maybe a few more embellies here & there on the physical version, and I'm still debating whether to add a title or not. I created this page in PSE8 and Crate Paper's Emma's Shoppe digitals.

It Starts Here...

I must confess to being a hardcore collector of beautiful "scrapbook/craft" supplies. I've had this affliction for many years now...my stash currently has been paired down to 15-20 5 year old,  partially used, fully disassembled scrapbook kits (from a now defunct store) , one Studio Calico Kit (april 2013 Spencer - a whole other story here) and a few choice thrift/$ store finds  - my goal is to use as much of what is remaining learning my style, techniques, etc. using currently printed photos and a few artsy (no photo) pages here and there. Donate/throw (after putting away the really good stuff) the rest - then and only then will I update/upgrade my stash to put everything I learned together and create my future "Project Lifetime" albums...
